My current processing time can take up to 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Custom orders have a 2 week processing time.  

Anything custom made has a starting price of $20 with a 50% deposit paid before earrings have been made. 

I will gladly offer a refund if product has been broken or lost in the mail. If items were damaged please send photos to virgohouse97@gmail.com, and if lost contact me sending your order number with a description of the issue.
